November 10, 2017 Family Medicine Forum, the largest annual conference for family physicians will be held from November 8 to 11 in Montréal, Quebec at the Palais des Congrès. Many of our research and clinical faculty and research staff from the Centre for Studies in Family Medicine and the Department of Family Medicine will be presenting posters, workshops or education sessions.
November 09, 2017 Congratulations to Moira Stewart, PhD, recipient of the 2017 Maurice Wood Award for Lifetime Contribution to Primary Care Research from the North American Primary Care Research Group (NAPCRG). Stewart, renowned for her work in primary care, is a Distinguished University Professor Emeritus at the Centre for Studies in Family Medicine and the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry.

July 21, 2017 The annual TUTOR-PHC Symposium took place from May 8 -11 in King City, Ontario. This program has been training primary and integrated health care researchers, clinicians and decision-makers since 2003.
June 23, 2017 The INSPIRE-PHC Program, led by Moira Stewart, PhD, Centre for Studies in Family Medicine, hosted another successful Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day on May 31 in Toronto. There were 115 participants, 58 (poster and oral) research presentations from PHC researchers across the province, a distinguished lecture, keynote panel and two workshops.
