The Hawthorne Community Clinic, located at 1201 Queen St. Kincardine, will be our residents’ home base. It features a Family Health Organization made up of the Kincardine Physicians Group, and a Family Health Team made up of Allied Health Professionals including nurse practitioners, advanced practice nurses, dieticians, occupational therapists, and a kinesiologist.

South Bruce Grey Health Centre Kincardine, found across the parking lot from the clinic, will be where most of the residents’ hospital-based work will take place. This includes the emergency department, inpatient unit, and specialist clinics. Kincardine hospital sees approximately 15,000 emergency department visits per year and features a 25-bed inpatient unit. There are several visiting specialists from a variety of fields that hold clinics in Kincardine on a regular basis.
