Congratulations to all faculty, staff and trainees on your recent accomplishments and successes.

James Armstrong completed his PhD in Pathology. He was supervised by Dr. Cindy Hutnik and his research focused on inflammation-driven wound healing after glaucoma surgery.

Drs. Heather MacKenzie and Javeed Sukhera were named to London’s Top 20 Under 40 by London Inc. magazine. The honour is given to young leaders who are making a difference in the community.

Terry Peters, PhD, was awarded the 2019 Gold medal from the Canadian Organization of Medical Physicists (COMP), recognizing an outstanding career and significant contribution to the field of medical physics in Canada.

John Ronald, PhD, received a grant from the National Institutes of Health to build new imaging tools to monitor a new class of cancer immunotherapies.

Dr. Amardeep Thind was re-appointed as Director, Schulich Interfaculty Program in Public Health.
