Department of Oncology Faculty Award of Academic Excellence
The Department of Oncology is proud of the excellence it's faculty provides to current/past learners and in cancer care to its patients. In recognition of this excellence, the department canvases yearly for nominations in each division: Experimental, Medical, Radiation, Surgical, and Windsor Oncology. Nominees are submitted by peers to the division leads, and announced at the department's annual Research & Education Day.
A call to submit a nominee will be send out April 2025 with a May 16th, 2025 4pm EST deadline.
To nominate a colleague, please review the Department of Oncology - Award of Academic Excellence guidelines and return the name of the nominee along with a (no more than 1 page) letter as to why the nominee is disserving of the award above all others to your respective Division Head in the spring.
