Drs. Philip Jones and Janet Martin are appointed to Canadian Journal of Anesthesia (CJA) Editorial Board

The Department would like to acknowledge and congratulate faculty members, Dr. Philip Jones and Dr. Janet Martin for their appointments to the Canadian Journal of Anesthesia/Journal Canadien d'anesthesie (CJA) Editorial Board. 

Dr. Philip Jones will be taking on the newly created role of Online Presence Editor. This role was created as the online presence of most print publications has seen substantial expansion as of late. As such, in addition to editorial support, Dr. Jones will be establishing and moderating a social media for the CJA, including a Twitter feed. Dr. Jones' expertise in epidemiology, electronic media, and his bilingual skills, will undoubtedly bring great value to this role. 

Dr. Janet Martin is the Program Director for the Centre for Medical Evidence, Decision Integrity, and Clinical Impact (MEDICI), and the Evidence Based Perioperative Clinical Outcomes Research (EPiCOR) Group. She will bring a tremendous amount of research expertise to her new appointment as the Statistical Editor for the CJA.
