Immunization, First Aid and Police Records
Medical Student Requirements
Year 1-4
Based on Schulich Medicine's Immunization Policy and Blood Borne Pathogen Policy, as well as policies developed by the Council of Ontario Faculties of Medicine (COFM), Medical students must provide the following documents:
Year 1-4
- CPR/First Aid Requirement
- Influenza Vaccine (PDF, 165 KB)
Year One (Class of 2030)
Deadline to complete health clearance - August 1, 2026
All documentation with a potential to expire must stay valid until April 1 2027. Documentation that will expire before then will be treated as expired and you will fail the Synergy ERV appointment. Please make sure your documentation will remain current until at least this date.

MD/PhD Students

These requirements apply to MD/PhD students during the graduate studies (PhD) portion of their training.
