Elentra Assessments: 

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate the various challenges associated with our transition from One45 to Elentra. If you notice anything on your end that appears incorrect or not functioning as expected, please continue to contact the Postgraduate Office at your convenience via fmpgc@schulich.uwo.ca.

With the December holidays and year-end approaching, we would like to remind and encourage all preceptors and residents to complete any outstanding assessments in Elentra.

If you have forgotten your Elentra password, please click “Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will be redirected to the Western Identity Manager, where you can reset your password. Please note that the Postgraduate Office cannot reset Elentra/UWO passwords.

Alternatively, you can call the Western Technology Services Helpdesk:

  1. Call Western Technology Services (WTS) Helpdesk at 1-519-661- 3800
  2. Select option 1 for Western Staff/Faculty support
  3. Select option 2 for Password / Western Identity
  4. The WTS Computer Accounts staff will ask for your Western employee number, date of birth, last 4 numbers of your Social Insurance Number (SIN), and/or your home address to verify your identity. This is important because this login gives individual access to your Human Resources data
  5. Please have a computer handy, as they will ask you to access the Western Identity Manager webpage and will walk you through the next steps.

If you have not already done so, we would recommend forwarding your @uwo email account to one that you regularly use. Email forwarding instructions.

  • Interviewer Orientation Session: January 14, 2026 (1:30 p.m. via Zoom)
  • IMG Interview Date: Friday, January 16, 2026 (8:00 – 12:30 p.m. via Zoom)
  • CMG Interview Date: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 (12:30 – 4:00 p.m., via Zoom)
  • CMG Interview Date: Saturday, January 24, 2026 (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., via Zoom)
  • Match Day: March 3, 2026

 

Resident Project:

There are many resources available to residents at Western: faculty advisors, staff at home center, the project website (above), Librarian support, Writing Support Centre.

Resident Project Requirements: Project proposals are due before the end of your PGY1 multi-block core family medicine rotation and due two weeks after the end of your multi-block core family medicine rotation in your PGY2 year (exception for those starting their starting their core FM in blocks 9 or 10 where projects will be due at the end of April).  Please email fmpgc@schulich.uwo.ca with any project related questions.

Teaching/Learning Resources:

As faculty, learners, and staff, you have access to many resources at Western University! Below find a few highlighted resources that might be of interest.
