Graduate Program Report

As the 2015 year draws to an end, we in the Graduate Program reflect on the past few months and the flurry of activity in MClSc completions they have brought. From June to December we have had six completions and expect another thesis defence in February 2016. This is indeed a record for the MClSc program and we are thrilled. We are also excited to share with you that Dr. Annabeth Loveys who defended her thesis A family doctor can do that!” Is there a role for a formalized referral network for office procedures in family practices of Newfoundland and Labrador? on Dec. 7, was the 100th MClSc candidate to come forth for completion of the program. The candidates who were runners up were Dr. Sofia Cuba and Dr. Michelle Levy.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your contribution to teaching, advising and supervising within the MClSc and PhD graduate programs. Without your support we would not be able to accomplish our goals.

Wishing you and yours every happiness this Holiday Season and throughout the coming year.

Sincerely,

Judith Brown and Liz McInnis
