Geriatric Interdisciplinary Grand Rounds - Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners: Your First Link Partner in Dementia Care in Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford
Please join us for Geriatric Interdisciplinary Grand Rounds on Thursday, April 7, to be held via WebEx from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Leanne Turner, Nancy O’Regan and Jenn Pruder, will present, "Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners: Your First Link Partner in Dementia Care in Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford."
Objectives:
- Review the recent unification of the Alzheimer Societies of Elgin, London Middlesex, and Oxford County.
- Demonstrate the importance of connecting people living with dementia and care partners to the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners as early in the disease process as possible.
- Describe the current programs and services offered by the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners.
