Dr. Laura Lyons will present, Eat, Sleep and Console – New Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) policy for London Health Sciences Centre.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
1. Understand the rationale for adopting a new screening tool for babies with neonatal abstinence syndrome.
2. Understand and utilize the Eat, Sleep and Console screening tool.
3. Comprehend the new London Health Sciences policy on caring for the mother/baby dyad for babies with neonatal abstinence syndrome.
