Faculty Development Teacher Series: Make Better Judgments about Your Learners Using Validity Theory
Join us on Wednesday, December 12 from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m., in Room 1150 of the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine, as Dr. Eric Wong leads this session in the Teacher Series – Make Better Judgments about Your Learners Using Validity Theory. Participants will describe the validity evidence needed to make assessment decisions in the workplace, appraise a workplace-based assessment method or tool using a validity framework, and describe an approach to improve validity of assessment decisions on a preceptor level and at a training site level.
