Grand Rounds: Mindfulness for Ourselves and for Our Patients

Join us on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. for Family Medicine Grand Rounds in the Western Centre for Public Health and Family Medicine Building, Room 1150. Dr. Jo-Anne Hammond and Dr. Kate Partridge, Psychologist, London Mindfulness Clinic, will be providing a talk on Mindfulness for Ourselves and for Our Patients.

At the end of the session you will be able to :
  1. Know what Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation are, based in part on an experiential Mindfulness exercise.
  2. Understanding some of the scientific research that supports the benefits of Mindfulness Medication.
  3. Have a clearer idea of how Mindfulness can help you to c ope with the challenges of day-to-day life.
  4. Have a clearer idea of how Mindfulness can help your patients.
