CPD Advisory Committee




  • To serve as an advisory group to the Associate Dean on matters, policies and administration related to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) occurring within the School and community.
  • To recommend collaborative strategies and approaches to foster faculty and community engagement in CPD programs, services, educational research and innovation in accordance with the CPD Strategic Plan and mission statement.


The committee includes faculty from internal and external CPD stakeholders including Faculty Affairs, Undergraduate and Postgraduated Medical Education, Distributed Education, Clinical and Basic Sciences departments, Schulich Research & Innovation, and community physicians. 


The committee meets at least twice per year in February and September, or at the call of the Chair.
