CPD Innovation & Research Grant Adjudication Committee

The CPD Innovation & Research Grant (CPD IRG) is intended to support scholarly activities and research relevant to the strategic directions of Continuing Professional Development at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry University (CPD Office). It is a newly offered grant, beginning in the fall of 2019.

Committee Membership

  • Associate Dean, CPD (Chair)
  • Distributed Education representative
  • Centre for Education Research & Innovation (CERI) representative
  • Clinical faculty representative
  • Dental Faculty representative
  • Basic medical sciences faculty representative
  • Project Coorindator, CPD (Committee Organizer)

Committee Responsibilities

  • Review and advise on applications submitted for the CPD IRG;
  • Attend an annual adjudication meeting in February each year;
  • Advise on goals of the CPD IRG with regard to wider priorities at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry;
  • Provide feedback on CPD IRG Guidelines and process for adjudication, as required.
