BIOSKETCH
Dr. Sharpe earned his M.D. degree from Western University in 1963. He received surgery and urology training in London, ON and Toronto, ON qualifying for his Royal College Urology Fellowship in 1969. He pursued further training at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he developed interest and acquired expertise in neuro-urology and renal transplantation. Dr. Sharpe joined the urology faculty at Western University in 1971 and was the first "geographic full time (GFT)" urologist at Western University. He became the Site-Chief of Urology at the London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital in 1974 and served in that capacity for over 30 years.
