The 4-week Hospitalitst elective at the Met Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital is open to PGY1 and PGY2 family medicine residents. There are a variety of cases with a significant complexity. It is a dynamic unit with a strong team based CTU model with daily multi- disciplinary rounds. You will have the opportunity to work with several supervisors, one week at a time. We have a group of dedicated hospitalists that will take the time to help you identify your goals for your elective and then to try and provide an opportunity to reach them. There is home call through the week so that you are following the course of your patients. There is no weekend call commitment.
