Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Discovery of Insulin
Dr. Stewart Harris was invited to participate as a panel presenter at the recent virtual reception, “Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Discovery of Insulin: Diabetes Research and Innovation in the Making,” held on February 25, 2021. The event was-hosted by Research Canada and the Parliamentary Health Research Caucus, and co-hosted by Diabetes Canada and JDRF.
Dr. Harris represented Western University and was one of 22 Diabetes experts in Canada presenting with over 100 Parliamentarians (MPs and/or their staff) in attendance.
