Judith Belle Brown, PhD, appointed President of the North American Primary Care Research Group (NAPCRG)
The Centre for Studies in Family Medicine and the Department of Family Medicine would like to congratulate Judith Belle Brown, PhD for being appointed President of the North American Primary Care Research Group (NAPCRG). Dr. Brown is the 20th President of NAPCRG, the sixth woman and the first social worker. This is a three year commitment, first as Vice-President, then President, followed by serving as Chair of the Board of NAPCRG.
This continues a proud tradition of Western University, Department of Family Medicine members as leaders and innovators in primary care research. Dr. Carol Herbert and Moira Stewart, PhD are past NAPCRG Presidents.
