Congratulations Maggie Mac Neil, daughter of Dr. Susan McNair, on winning Canada's first gold medal of the Tokyo Olympics for the 100-meter butterfly!

Dr. Susan McNair remembers Maggie's first swimming lesson at a local pool in London, Ontario. “She was completely and utterly smitten with water.”

On Sunday July 25, 2020, we saw this local World Champion become Olympic Champion in an exciting race capped by the best winning reaction.

Later in the week, Maggie went on to win a Silver Medal in the Women's 4x100 freestyle relay and a Bronze in the Women's 4x100 medley relay.

Congratulations Maggie and Dr. Susan McNair! The Family Medicine team could not be more excited for you!
