Join us for Grand Rounds in Family Medicine on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. This session will be presented via Microsoft TEAMS only (no in-person attendance).

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The general principal learning objectives for the overall Grand Rounds in Family Medicine program are:
- Identify, discuss and appraise pertinent and relevant clinical family practice guidelines and literature;
- Identify and discuss current evidence supporting treatment of common conditions in primary care; and
- Discuss challenges family medicine physicians face in their current practices
Session learning objectives:
At the conclusion of these Grand Rounds, participants will be able to
- Define Asset mapping & Gap analysis in health care using Geographical Information System tools (ArcGIS);
- Identify the benefits of Mapping Social & Economic Determination of Health; and
- Evaluate the utilization of Health Geoview (ArcGIS) at the point of care.
