Department Faculty Awarded AMOSO Funding
Two faculty members have recently been awarded funding from AMOSO:
- Farhad Ghasemi (Assistant Professor, Division of General Surgery)was awarded three years of funding for his project Exploring Biological Heterogeneity in Hormone Receptor–Positive Breast Cancer to Enable Personalized Treatment
- Shane Smith (Assistant Professor, Division of Vascular Surgery) was awarded three years of funding for his project Prolongation of the permissible ischemic time with combat applied tourniquet or REBOA
