Schulich hosted the annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation event last Wednesday — sponsored by Western deans — amplifying the voices of Indigenous healthcare practitioners. Around 100 people gathered in the Ronald D. Schmeichel Building for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for “Transforming Insight into Impact: Advancing Indigenous Health Equity,” led by Rebekah Jacques, an associate professor at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.
