Clinical Nuclear Medicine Fellowships

One-year or two-year clinical or research fellowships.

Fellowships offered in the areas of:

  1. PET/CT
  2. Nuclear cardiology/hybrid imaging with coronary CT angiography and
  3. Therapeutic nuclear medicine (including radionuclide treatment of benign and malignant thyroid disease and treatment of neuroendocrine malignancies)
  • Clinical fellows are offered a half day per week of protected academic time for research projects
  • Fellows will be engaged in reporting studies and work closely with staff, other fellows, and residents
  • The fellows attend and present at departmental rounds and are actively involved in resident teaching

Research Nuclear Medicine Fellowships

  • 12 month fellowships involving research projects in the areas of general nuclear medicine, PET/CT, Nuclear cardiology/hybrid imaging with coronary CT angiography and therapeutic nuclear medicine (radioiodine therapy and treatment of neuroendocrine malignancies)
  • The fellows attend and present at rounds and are actively involved in resident teaching

All fellows are expected to participate in call duties as part of their fellowship training, in accordance with program requirements and scheduling determined by the division.
