Class of 62 Award Nomination Form
Criteria
Presented to the Faculty member, who in the opinion of the class has contributed the most to the medical school in the previous four years. Students are asked to submit an online nomination form to the Undergraduate Medical Education Office by Tuesday, April 9. The recipient will be selected by the graduating class with the approval of the Progression and Awards Committee.
