Congratulations are in order for Dr. William Wall. In June 2015 Dr. Wall received an award recognizing 40 years of service dedicated to transplantation and organ donation. The award also honored Dr. Wall’s 25 years of work with the International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS).
Dr. Robert Hernadez-Alejandro gave a speech recognizing Dr. Wall in front of 900 liver transplant specialists at the ITLS Congress in Chicago in June.
Dr. Wall retired in January of 2015 and currently serves as Emeritus Professor of Surgery at Western, continuing to teach medical students.
