Welcome Dr. Aida Glembocki
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Aida Glembocki as a new Clinician Teacher and Assistant Professor effective August 1, 2026.
Dr. Glembocki is a pediatric pathologist who recently completed a Pediatric Pathology Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto. Prior to this, she spent five years in the Molecular Pathology Section of the Department of Pathology at Hospital de Pediatría Dr. Juan P. Garrahan in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Glembocki earned her MD from the University of Buenos Aires and completed her Anatomic Pathology residency at Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Ignacio Pirovano. Her areas of expertise and academic interest include pediatric solid tumors, molecular pathology, and epidemiology.
