Western Institute for Neuroscience

The Western Institute for Neuroscience (WIN) is dedicated to addressing major societal challenges through fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and promoting active community engagement.

Centre for Brain and Mind (CBM)

The Centre for Brain and Mind (CBM) provides a centralized and visible presence for cognitive neuroscience at Western University. The primary functions are to promote research, to facilitate the training of highly qualified personnel, and to foster national and international collaborations in cognitive neuroscience.

Robarts Research Institute

Robarts Research Institute at Western University is a biomedical research facility with more than 600 people working to investigate some of the most debilitating diseases of our time, from heart disease and stroke to diabetes, Alzheimer’s and many forms of cancer. Robarts scientists are focused on the translation of new discoveries and technology to benefit clinical populations.

Robarts strives for scientific excellence and creating a research culture that provides an interface between basic and clinical scientists to solve our greatest health challenges.

Lawson Research Institute

Lawson Research Institute, the research arm of St. Joseph’s Health Care London, is proudly affiliated with Western University. Through shared faculty appointments, collaborative research programs and clinical education, we work together to advance health research and improve patient care. St. Joseph’s plays a key role in training the next generation of health professionals and supporting discoveries that have impact for health care locally and beyond.
