Student Funding Packages
As an Interdisciplinary program, individual student's funding packages will follow their supervisor's home department and/or Faculty funding model. While funding packages will vary amongst students in the program, you can expect to receive a similar funding package to other students within the same lab.
General funding package details are accesible through the chart below. There are variances in minimum funding levels across Faculties and Departments. It is important that you're familair with your anticipated funding package before accepting an offer of admission.
From your funding package, you are expected to pay tuition and ancillary fees.
Graduate Teaching Assistantships (GTA):
- only funding eligible students will be considered for placement
- placements will be within your supervisors home department
- typically, your placement will be within the fall and/or winter terms
- missing GTA application deadlines may result in reduced funding (process usually takes place over the summer)
