John William Rohrer Memorial Award Nomination Form
Awarded to a graduating student from the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, who, in the opinion of the Associate Dean of the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, and the Hippocratic Council, has contributed most significantly to the improvement of the quality of all aspects of the lives of undergraduate medical students - academic, social and personal. Online nomination forms can be submitted to the Undergraduate Medical Education Office by March 31st. The recipient will be selected by their peers with the approval of the Progression and Awards Committee and be presented at the Convocation Ceremony. Established by the family, classmates and friends of the Captain John William Rohrer, M.D., Class of 1973.
