Graduate Report

Planning is underway for the Graduate Programs on-site session that will be held in person from September 19 – 30, 2022. Three MClSc students and three PhD students with representation from Brazil, Japan, Nigeria have accepted offers and will be commencing in the 2022 fall term.

Congratulations to Dr. Gustavo Gusso (MClSc graduate) who is the recipient of the Young Alumni Award – 2022 Alumni of Distinction Awards.  Dr. Gusso is a key leader in the development of family medicine and practice-based research in Brazil, working to improve the country’s health care system by bringing primary health care to the forefront.

Congratulations to Dr. Nisanthini Ravichandiran (MClSc graduate) whose thesis research was published in BMC Primary Care and recently featured in the Western News.  Dr. Ravichandiran was co-supervised by Drs.
