Please join us for the Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day on June 1, 2016 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, hosted by the INSPIRE-PHC Research Program (Dr. Moira Stewart, lead).

The following speakers have been confirmed:

Keynote Lecture - Richard H Glazier MD, MPH and Elizabeth Baker NP-PHC, will be discussing the report “Patient Care Groups: A new model of population based primary health care for Ontario” and its relevance to new PHC policy directives

Distinguished Lecture -  Lisa Dolovich, PharmD  MSc HRM, McMaster University, Noah Ivers MD PhD, Women's College Hospital, and Clare Liddy MD MSc, University of Ottawa, Bruyere Research Institute will be providing a joint presentation on the results of their recent PHC innovations in delivery of care.  The talk is entitled "Integration in PHC: Lessons learned from three innovations".
