Globally, Indigenous Peoples represent culturally rich and diverse communities. Indigenous health is influenced by many factors including determinants of health unique to Indigenous communities. Dr. Carroll will cover several key research considerations when working with Indigenous communities including traditional knowledges, strengths-based approaches, Indigenous research methods and Indigenous data sovereignty.
