Shawna Cunningham is currently the Vice President of People Services and Strategy at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. She has over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector for community, government, and hospitals. Shawna is passionate about quality, culture, and building teams by leveraging organizational talent for improvement. She is known for her ability to problem-solve and build successful outcomes in complex environments through creativity and collaboration. Shawna has a Master’s in Leadership from the University of Guelph, has a LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt, and holds Coaching, Positive Psychology, Innovation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificates. Shawna is originally from Windsor, Ontario, but has called London home for the last 23 years.
