Quality Improvement Course Registration

Format: Asynchronous online with monthly personalized coaching via Zoom and three mandatory live webinars: September 1, 2026 (16:00 – 17:00); January 7, 2027 (15:00 – 17:00); and May 6, 2027 (15:00 – 17:00).

We are now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 course! Please apply before July 17, 2026, by submitting both the Application Form and the Support Agreement Letter to cquins@uwo.ca.

Tuition: $4995.00 + HST

To maintain a high instructor-student ratio, enrolment is limited. Final admission decisions will be communicated to successful applicants by July 24, 2026. Upon acceptance, instructions will be provided for tuition, payable by July 31, 2026.
