This committee meets monthly to discuss the evaluations of both residents and faculty. The committee identifies areas in which residents might need extra support and is responsible for ensuring that an appropriate academic mentorship program is provided to residents when required. It is also the responsibility of the subcommittee to ensure that the different components of the resident in training exams are administered. The committee provides regular feedback to faculty regarding their evaluation by the residents. As with other subcommittees of the RPC committee, the evaluation subcommittee reports to the RPC committee on a regular basis.
