Zoonotic Tuberculosis After the Roadmap: Where Are We Now?
In October 2017, WHO, FAO, OIE and The Union launched the Roadmap for Zoonotic Tuberculosis, laying out ten priority actions to reduce the burden of Mycobacterium bovis in humans and bovine TB in animals, through strengthened evidence, improved control of cross-species transmission, and enhanced multisectoral collaboration. As we approach the midway mark toward the 2030 target, this webinar aims to review the progress that has been made, what obstacles remain, and where should our collective focus lie going forward to fulfill the promise of that original roadmap?
