    Connections and celebrations the highlight of Homecoming Weekend

    Thought-provoking, inspiring, and of course celebratory, best describe Homecoming 2018. Hundreds of alumni travelled back to the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry to participate in the morning lectures, enjoy a delicious lunch, and dance the night away at the Dean’s Gala.

    The Dental Outreach Community Service is the pride of Schulich Dentistry. In operation for 10 years, the more than 160 volunteers and 650 students have provided free dental care to thousands of people.

    Award-winning author and paediatrician, Dr. Alex Lyttle, MD’11, uses writing as a form of catharsis. “It helps to lift me, and it’s never something I have to motivate myself to do,” he said.
