Guidelines for promotional items
Clothing designs or other promotional materials produced for Schulich Medicine & Dentistry programs, departments or units should be approved by the Communications Team to ensure proper branding standards are followed. Designing independent logos is not permitted.
Please note: any merchandise produced using the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry logo and/or the Western University logo, to be sold for profit, must go through the Western Book Store. Items will be charged a percentage royalty fee to the University.
Items re-sold at cost or given as gifts may be produced independently. However, it is important that manufacturers comply with the branding standards of the School and the University, as well as the University's code of conduct, which encompasses legal compliance, ethical principles and employment standard guidelines.
A number of Schulich Medicine & Dentistry promotional items have been pre-ordered and are available for faculty, staff and students to purchase. Items are charged at cost and can be paid for by speedcode. Arrangements can be made to pay for individual items via cash or cheque.
All available products can be found in our online catalogue. The catalogue includes photographs and prices of each product. Please contact the Communications and Marketing Team to view samples or to place an order for items. Please allow one week for your order request to be filled.
