Competency Based Medical Education (CBME)
CNS faculty member, Dr. Shannon Venance is the Director of Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) Implementation at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. In this role, Dr. Venance will work with residency programs, program directors, clinical departments and the Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Office to facilitate the transition of the Schulich Medicin & Dentistry's postgraduate training programs to a CBME framework. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in implementation, change management and accreditation to this role.
