Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program, London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital
- The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program is a regional provider of primary, secondary, and tertiary child and adolescent mental health services with four components: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Eating Disorders.
- The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program serves children and adolescents who present with mental health difficulties, such as: mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder and suicidal behaviours, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, psychosomatic disorders, as well as acute symptoms of distress related to family or personal crisis, abusive experiences, and/or experiencing or witnessing traumatic events and changes within the family.
The Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI)
- CPRI provides trauma-informed, highly specialized assessment, treatment, and targeted intervention services for children and youth with complex combinations of special needs, including developmental disabilities, autism and severe behavioural, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Provides outpatient services, inpatient services, research, education and training for families and professionals, and trauma-informed care.
Vanier Children’s Services
- Vanier offers various programs and services for children and youth (up to 18 years old) and their families. Our services are designed to support families with children struggling with social, emotional, behavioural, and mental health issues. Our services are provided in London and rural Middlesex communities (Strathroy, Parkhill, Glencoe, Dorchester, and Lucan). Most are supported through provincial funding and are offered at no cost to the family.
- Individual treatment plans are collaboratively co-created with families to meet their needs. We offer services that vary in intensity, location, and program goals. Services include: Family Therapy, In Home Family Service, Live In Treatment, Parent Support Groups, Assertive Community Treatment Team, Groups and Work Shops, H.A.V.E.N. Eating Disorder Program, Tele-Mental Health, Day Treatment, and Drop In Services.
- Tandem supports coordinated access for live-in treatment in London-Middlesex, Huron Perth, and Oxford Elgin. This means families can begin their journey through one central entry point, sharing their story once and connecting to the supports that best meet their needs. Tandem Live-in Treatment - Our New Process: All referrals for live-in treatment and CPRI intensive services will now follow our coordinated access shared pathway.
- Tandem is a 24/7 crisis support service and intake team for child and youth from birth-18 years of age and their parents/guardians.
