Ark Aid Mission
On December 17, a group from Pathology and Laboratory Medicine got together to serve dinner at the Ark Aid Street Mission Inc. on Dundas Street in London. Dedicated to helping people get back on their feet, Ark Aid creates a sense of belonging while helping people get back on their feet.
Dr. Shkrum, Dr. Chakrabarti, Dr. McLachlin, Lisa Walker, Lisa Noseworthy, Melanie Wilcox, Rebecca Glover, Sue Ford, Carrie Bradley, and Kelley Matthews served dinner for almost 110 folks.
They felt blessed and will be looking forward to the next time the department can help out.
