Dr. Bularan joined the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine in July 2025. She finished her Medical Degree from The University of the City of Manila and completed her Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship (PEM) in University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital.
She did further training in PEM as a clinical fellow at The Hospital for Sick Children and completed Fellowship in Area of Focused Competence- Point of Care Ultrasonography from the Department of Medicine, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto.
Currently, Dr. Bularan is a PEM-POCUS Staff at LHSC-Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Western University Schulich School of Medicine. She is one of the leads in clinical teaching on the application of POCUS in improving patient management. She is also involved as an active faculty in POCUS Fellowship.
Dr. Bularan has strong interest in medical education, research and training with future goal of continuing the integration and advancement of POCUS in these areas.
