Gerry Cooper, EdD received The Douglas Bocking Award.

The Douglas Bocking Award is one of the highest teaching awards at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. This award, was created in honour of the former Dean of Medicine and Vice-Provost, is given annually to a faculty member at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry who has made an outstanding contribution to the development of medical education over the last four years.

Dr. Larry Jacobs received The Class of '62 Award.

The Class of ’62 Award is given annually, at Medicine Convocation, to a faculty member who has been selected by the students of the graduating class. The criteria states that the award is "presented to the Faculty member who, in the opinion of the class, has contributed the most to the medical school in the previous four years."

Dr. Hema Gangam received The Faculty Development Mini Fellowships Award.

Faculty Development Mini Fellowships are career development grants of up to $5,000 designed so faculty members can take advantage of professional development opportunities to acquire new skills and knowledge. A limited number of competitive fellowships are available each year. Competitions are held semi-annually in the spring and fall.
