Backdating FAN's & SAN's

Most people are aware that they can backdate the speedcode on a Faculty Appointment Notice (FAN) or a Staff Appointment Notice (SAN) but that doesn't mean that the charges get journaled. For example if you notice someone has been charged to you in error for a few months it is up to you to adjust those charges back to the date that it was effective. The exception is for a person whose home is outside Schulich Medicine & Dentistry.
