Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Strategic Plan Engagement begins
As the School moves into the engagement phase of the Strategic Planning process, focus groups are being established to ensure faculty, staff and learners can join the conversation about the School’s future. In the coming weeks, focus group invitations will be delivered to inboxes so that everyone will have an opportunity to take part in the process.
Coming together, groups will reflect on who we are, identify our strengths, explore what distinguishes us, map out where we want to go.
The feedback from the focus groups will then inform a survey, which will provide an opportunity for faculty, staff and learners who are unable to participate in focus groups to share their opinions and ideas.
We know that faculty, staff, and learners continue to face greater personal and professional demands than usual. Under Dr. Chris Watling’s facilitation, every effort is being made to establish numerous engagement opportunities that are convenient, and not too time consuming. Drs. Yoo, Watling and the Strategic Plan Committee are grateful for the continued commitment of faculty, staff and learners to the School and they are look forward to working together with everyone to embrace the future.
