A parting gift
The graduating Schulich Medicine Class of 2014 has plenty to celebrate this spring, including a lasting legacy with their class charity, the Canadian Mental Health Association.
The group presented the CMHA with $8,000 this month, raised over four years of fundraising. The money will be used to improve mental health services on campus.
The students’ fundraising efforts included spin-a-thons, bakesales and a popular class cookbook of favourite recipes.
