Improved service with One45

In an effort to improve service and streamline one45 service support, a number of key changes have been implemented. These changes will affect the way in which one45 support and management is administered.

All faculty and staff should be aware that effective May 1, 2013, when seeking one45 support they will be required to consult the online support portal within one45. The portal contains more than 400 easy to use, frequently requested "question and answer" profiles. Surfing the portal is simple and the responses provide step-by-step instructions.

A series of Schulich Medicine & Dentistry-specific "Frequently Asked Questions" is also available on the IS website. In particular, users will find useful information on how a new administrator gets added to one45, how administrative access privileges are changed or updated within one45, and how the personal records of an administrator can be updated.

If the online support portal and "Frequently Asked Questions" don't resolve your issue, please call the Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Help Desk at ext. 81377. Please make note that the e-mail address one45@schulich.uwo.ca will be eliminated on May 1, 2013.

Strategic Technology Commons will make overall functionality training for all administrators available in the near future. While current training focusses on what individual users "need" to perform their work, future training will review all aspects of one45's functionality so that users are made aware of features that may enable them to create efficiencies in their day-to-day work.
