Restructuring of Teaching and Technology Services

Several months ago, the Teaching and Technology Services (TTS) unit at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry was restructured. As a result, Davor Linkes, Andrew Dunseath and David Creces joined Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Information Services as the Educational Technology & Media Services (ETMS) team.

In an effort to create efficiencies and improve service to our faculty, staff and students, Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Information Services will be retiring the TTS email account (currently tts@schulich.uwo.ca) on December 2nd, 2013.

Beginning December 2nd, 2013, all email inquiries now being sent to tts@schulich.uwo.ca including requests for Audio/Visual (AV), video conference, video and classroom technology support are to be sent to the Information Services Helpdesk (helpdesk@schulich.uwo.ca) to provide one point of email contact for all technology support inquiries.

The Educational Technology & Media Services team can still be reached by phone at 519.661.2111, ext. 83035 for any AV, video conference, video and classroom-tech issues or inquiries requiring immediate assistance.

The Schulich Medicine & Dentistry IS Helpdesk can still be reached by phone at 519.661.2111, ext. 81377 for any desktop support, network, development and web issues or inquiries requiring immediate assistance.
