United Way Holiday Wrap-Up

There's no question, the faculty and staff at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry have HEART! You have shown this through your ongoing support and enthusiasm for the 2012 United Way Campaign.

Because of your generosity, we have achieved 50 per cent of the School's goal.

Your contributions have taken the form of personal donations and participation in a number of extraordinary special events including: Coffee Day, a Pizza Lunch, Cupcake Day, StairClimb, the Pancake Breakfast, the Fifth Avenue Jewellery Party, and Sweet Relief.

Our work however is not complete!

You don't have to look too far to see just how great the need is in our community. With high unemployment, increased cost of living, and under-funded service agencies that support poverty, mental health, and beginnings & transitions ... every dollar counts. The date on the calendar, may that indicate that our campaign is drawing to a close - but it is never too late to give.

And the holiday season presents a very special opportunity to participate. There's no greater time to make a donation in honour or memory of a friend or loved one. Your meaningful gift will bring joy and comfort to those in need.

It's easy to make a gift:

• Return your pledge form to Matt Wannan in HSA 116A in person or by campus mail
• Call or email Matt Wannan or Maly Bun, if on Western Campus, and they will drop by and pick-up your completed pledge,
• If your information is already on file at the United Way and you would like your pledge to roll over from last year, let us know and we will take care of the process for you.
