Choose the pathway that fits your story
Applicants accepted through an application pathway may be granted some flexibility with minimum MCAT scores, but must still meet academic and non-academic admission requirements and submit required documents through OMSAS by the application deadline.
Access pathway

For applicants who have been impacted by the complexities of lived experiences due to a financial or medical challenge, or who have been historically under-represented in medicine.
Black applicant pathway

For applicants who self-identify as Black African, Black Caribbean, Black North American, or multi-racial.
Indigenous applicant pathway

For applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Métis or Inuit.
Military medical training program

For applicants who have been an active member of the Canadian Armed Forces for a minimum of 12 consecutive months prior to the application deadline.
Southwestern Ontario pathway

For applicants who completed all 4 years of high school and graduated within the counties that correspond to Schulich Medicine Distributed Education community partner locations.

Applying through an application pathway does not guarantee an offer of admission. There are no fixed seats or quotas.
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure all documentation is submitted through OMSAS by the application deadline.
Falsification or misrepresentation of information from any portion of the application will result in removal of the application from consideration.
